First and foremost we would like to send our congratulations to the basketball teams who left it all on the court against cross town rivals, the uOttawa Gee Gees in the annual Capital Hoops Classic! We manged to pack the stands and set a record of 10,780 fans!
This was a tough match up for both teams as both had lost to the Gee Gees earlier in the season. Unfortunately the women came up with a tough loss to the Gee Gees with a final score of 46-40. The men came out victorious with a final score of 79-66 and being able to reclaim their spot as the best basketball team in the CIS! Did you miss the game and are now feeling some FOMO?
